feat(security): Implement security modules and testing framework

• Add SecurityModule for integrity checks and anomaly detection
• Add SecurityBanner for handling language switching and navigation
• Set up Mocha/Chai testing environment with JSDOM
• Implement ES modules structure for better modularity
• Add complete test suite for security components
• Configure package.json for ES modules support

Note: Tests still failing due to ES module import issues - needs debugging
