Replace the CC email address #9

We want to get rid of all the hosting costs, except the domain name. It seems that CC@gmail was already obtained by Sarah and Michael some years ago. It would nice to recover that. Else we can use the BCC@gmail address that we used to register for github.

References to the email address have been replaced by the template macro {{ site. mailto }}, so it can be updated simply by editing _config.yml.
