Make a real starter file available. #5

Hey, Paul! I'm confused about this one - did you just rename the file or make any additional changes?

The old index.html had a bunch more code in it. The old one was 67 lines long with lots of code from the slides and the new one is 37 lines long with just very basic Processing setup code.

Before the PR, final_project.html and index.html had virtually the same code.

Now there is a starter.html which is "mostly empty" and final_project.html still has all of the completed code in it.
