Transparency report? #7

It's pretty clear to me that a large company like reddit would not want to go backwards in their reporting by using canarytail considering their past transparency reports were significantly more detailed.

If I am to include some kind of format for transparency reports though, I need to establish a standard for that as well. I'll do some research on existing transparency reports to find the common and repeating language, but I need to figure out how to turn that into a scalable template that a program could then calculate without a human's interaction. I fear that this will over-complicate and eventually destroy the effectiveness of the simpler canarytail standard as it is now, but I believe it's worth a shot if it can eventually help canarytail be implemented by larger institutions.

Any ideas or assistance from the community is extremely welcome. I'll use this issue in the meantime to document the progress and opinions as I go. I expect this to take quite some time given my limited availability.
