Output of Gap-filled Model #6

I ran Cheshire-gapfilling on several test GEMs. However, is there a function to obtain the outputs of the GEMs with the suggested gap-filled reactions added to the GEMs?

Hi William,

Unfortunately, there is no such function implemented in the current version. You can always add reactions using the cobra toolbox based on the candidate reaction scores. Thanks.
