There are multiple values sets in the caDSR and associated research commons that are defined "intentionally" -- children of, descendents of, having tag, etc. in the best case and simply a reference to a code system in the worst case. Determine how these are represented today and then assemble tooling that allows them to be automatically determined form mapping work.
Note: mapping needs to be applied to the subset of this sort of value set that is used -- some sets can be prohibitively large, if, for instance the value set references all SNOMED CT findings
