Determine how CCDH maps will be ultimately represented and populated. Candidates include NCIt, Bioportal, FHIR and/or value set services based on CTS2 (aka. Terminology Common Core Model or TCCM).

The maps are stored in a 11179 model in a Neo4J database. We're working on the implementation of a tool to manage the mappings.
