Determine who will be doing the actual mapping and begin the process.

Dazhi will work on creating the mapping files in SSSOM format and fill them with existing mappings pulled from NCIt. Anne and Nicole will be doing manual mapping. Nicole will contact the nodes for verifying the mapping. The whole team will work on harmonizing the value meanings.
