Value Set harmonization for the MVP v0 models #23

Create harmonized value sets for the permissible values in the MVP v0 models specified in this google sheet.

  1. Create a TSV file with programmatically mapped terms.
  2. Manually curate the mapping
  3. Harmonize the terms based on mappings.
