Deploy a terminological browser for cancer research

Deploy a terminological browser with a small set of cancer-related ontologies. Candidate ontologies are:

• NCIt
• MONDO
• HPO
• Genotype Ontology
• Environmental and Exposures Ontology
• Uber Anatomy Ontology
• Ontology of Biomedical Investigations.

We probably won't be able to load all of the above ontologies but will start the loading in that order.
