Deprecated values and mappings (Question for GDC) #33

In previous versions of the data dictionary, there are certain values marked as deprecated. For example, “Breast Invasive Carcinoma” in disease_type is deprecated. Are there any mappings or logs in GDC as to how to map the deprecated values to the current values? (We’re asking because PDC are still using these deprecated values such as “Breast Invasive Carcinoma”).

The GDC doesn't have any specific section for these mappings, but if you send us a list of values, we could help you map them to the valid GDC values.
