Are http://ncicb.nci.nih.gov/xml/owl/EVS/Thesaurus.owl#<CODE> style endpoints supposed to resolve? #96

We are returning these from the model/entity/attributes endpoint. You get a bunch of enumeration codes back. But there doesn't seem to be a functional link for looking these up. I don't know if I'm not supposed to be doing a GET request via my browser, maybe that's the issue, but this:

Yeah if Jim can let me know what these URLs are used for, that would be good for me to know.

As for the issue itself, I closed it because the endpoints returning this URL are also returning a URL which actually does resolve.

@joeflack4 @gaurav the standard NCIt term IRIs do not resolve to term info, as far as I know. However, the OBO Edition versions of the terms do resolve: http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/NCIT_C158551
