Reorganize repository using the LinkML template #7

There is now a standard repository template for LinkML models. We should reorganize this repository into that format.

Note that LinkML team will soon release linkml-model-template, which will replace linkml-template. So we should probably wait a few weeks and see how the new template layout differs from the previous one.

This is done for linkml-template as of PR #10. I'll leave this issue open until linkml-model-template has been released and we have incorporated it into this repository.
