This PR adds Ian Fore's example queries looking at CDA's data on one particular subject (09CO022 from CPTAC-2), about whom GDC, PDC and IDC all have some data. This PR includes a Python Notebook for downloading information from GDC, PDC and CDA; while images relating to this case do exist in TCIA, I don't think those images are in IDC as yet, and so I don't include those queries in this PR.
