This repository is intended to act as a store of example data files from across the NCI Cancer Research Data Commons (CRDC) nodes in a number of formats.
Updated the Jupyter Notebook so that it includes fixes to allow pipenv run jupyter notebook to work (also required some updates to the Pipfile/Pipfile.lock) as well as fixes necessitates by changes to LinkML. The JSON-LD and TTL diagnoses files were regenerated as a result.
