`importlib-metadata` dependency required #17

importlib-metadata package is required to start the jupyter notebook successfully, by running this command:

pipenv run jupyter notebook

Per the instructions in the GDC to CCDH notebook.

Python version being used is 3.7.4.

I can't remember why I ran into an error the first time I tried to run the jupyter notebook, but it seems to be working with the latest code in the main branch, so I'm closing this PR.
