This repository is intended to act as a store of example data files from across the NCI Cancer Research Data Commons (CRDC) nodes in a number of formats.
This PR adds support for LinkML data validation. I've copied in the latest version of the CRDC-H model in LinkML as generated by Dazhi's script; I then used that to generate a JSON Schema that I can use to validate the data up to a point.
This might end up being subsumed into #3 or separated out in some other way. Let us see.
