Tools team's responsibility for secure computing and Authority to Operate? #35

I don't think the Example Data repo will be covered by this: it only uses public data only and "operates" purely through GitHub Actions. Once the CCDH project ends, I imagine this repo will be archived and handed over to the NCI in that form, so I don't think it needs to "operate" beyond that point. I'll assign them to the Future Goal milestones, and we can figure this out once we get closer to the end of the project.

However, this is almost certainly going to be an issue for the ccdhmodel and ccdh-terminology-service repos: if you haven't already, could you please open an issue for this issue on those repos? I initially considered transferring this issue over, but we probably will want to address this here at some point. Thanks so much!
