This repository is intended to act as a store of example data files from across the NCI Cancer Research Data Commons (CRDC) nodes in a number of formats.
This PR adds case information for 148 cases from PDC and 560 cases from GDC for cancers relating to the head, mouth and related organs. I don't think the IDC data can be accessed except via Google BigQuery (example), so I haven't included that for now.
