This repository is intended to act as a store of example data files from across the NCI Cancer Research Data Commons (CRDC) nodes in a number of formats.
Previous versions of this code used a local copy of the CRDC-H model. This PR deletes that local copy. It also updates the GDC to CCDH Jupyter Notebook to use this new model (which required a bunch of changes with how the various pieces worked). It also provides instructions for running the Jupyter Notebook using Poetry (closes #47).
