Add PDC import and show how the CCDH model can be used to synthesize data between GDC and PDC #9

We already have PDC data, so this should consist of:

[ ] Transforming PDC data into CRDCH, using a similar system to that as the GDC transformation.
[ ] Merging the CRDCH data from GDC and PDC in some way (possible via RDF).
[ ] Demonstrate cross-linking of information between the two resources.
