Share competency query dataset in Zenodo #40

As part of our work on the Center for Cancer for Data Harmonization (CCDH), we thought we could share the competency queries that were developed as an outcome of the NCI Semantics Workshop (in May 2018) in Zenodo.

I wrote up an overview of the work that was done in this doc. I summarized the queries and mappings to existing ontologies in this spreadsheet. (Feedback is welcome on the spreadsheet too.)

Please provide any feedback/edits by Jan 10, 2020 and I will then share it in Zenodo after that date.
