@bfurner: CBIIT has cloud-based infrastructure in FISMA-moderate environment. When we get closer to knowing what we want to deploy we can engage with them.

Between CBIIT's cloud-based infrastructure and having downloadable tools available on our web portal, I think we've figured out where infrastructure will be ultimately hosted. Are there any other outstanding questions for now, or can we close this issue?
