Work with CDA to understand/help define their needs for ingesting/accessing the model and terminology support #12

I assume this is referring to what I (Laura) should do? Has anything been done yet by anyone on the team? (that is, has anyone talking to CDA about the way they currently do this, what their needs and pain points are?)

We're currently meeting with CDA every other Thursday. I think the plan is to design and create a minimum viable product that includes CDA's data and CCDH's data model.

We're getting pretty close to the design of an CDA/CCDH v0 MVP. We can probably start work on this once we have a rough draft of CRDC-H in BiolinkML, but I don't think that will be done in time for us to finish this in Q3. I'll therefore push it to Q4.

We now have a usable model and example transformation code, and are working on turning this into an automated test suite (https://github.com/cancerDHC/example-data/issues/8). In the meantime, CDA have created a model based on our model that they plan to update to bring it in sync with CCDH model v1.0.1. So we should probably be having this conversation soon.

We had initially planned to do this as part of the CCDH Pilot (due Sep 20), but this has now been postponed past that. However, we should figure this out ASAP, so I'm planning to have this done by the end of Phase 3 Quarter 4.
