@gaurav is working on a tool to simplify access to mappings between SNOMED and NCIt found it NCI metathesaurus: https://github.com/gaurav/umls-rrf-scala

This is in support of https://github.com/cancerDHC/operations/issues/48

This is working now, although still being refined as needed, so I will go ahead and close this.
