David Clunie pointed out that the DICOM standard already includes some SNOMED-to-UMLS mappings. We should extract those mappings so we can double-check our mappings against theirs.
Note that the SNOMED-to-UMLS mappings we used were from 2019 (although a new release just came out on Nov 2, 2020, see cancerDHC/tools#22), so one or the other might be out of date.
