Docker container appears to be broken #27

The docker button in the README says the container is failed and when a docker pull is attempted I get a manifest error.

Unfortunately quay.io doesn't have the ability to define a docker account for pulls which results in automated builds from git hooks to fail.

The 4.0.0 image was built locally from the tag and pushed 2021/03/11:

https://quay.io/repository/wtsicgp/telomerecat?tab=tags

docker pull quay.io/wtsicgp/telomerecat:4.0.0
