Lollipop plot for SeqPeek V2, mutated_samples datasource #38

SeqPeek tracks are rendered as lollipop plots. The mutated_samples datasource is used to calculate the sample statistics in the grid. Dependency updated in bower.json.

Mutation visualization now shows a protein domain track. Added hovercards to lollipop plot. Added hovercards to protein domain track.
