We need to specify what types of searches we wish to support.

Proposal:

optionally allow searching on one or more genomic features
optionally allow searching on disease and/or phenotype
optionally allow searching on drug(s) and related attributes (e.g. FDA-approved)
optionally allow searching on evidence type or direction

Searching on a patient tumor profile

would be required for utility from a VTB perspective
requires sufficient evidence
germline susceptibility evidence could be useful Tools for searching against a cohort?
analysis based on .maf or .vcf file describing multiple samples/individuals
search for exact vs fuzzy matches
- describe data elements (later issue)

Much of what I posted in #11 could belong here as well. Proposed options above and patient tumor profile suggestions are on-point.
