Send the Ruby on Rails logs to a service so that they can be viewed. This is specifically about the Rails logs, so it sounds more specific than #77.
At the moment, our log volume should be pretty minimal (in the KBs/day), and our retention period can be minimal - 3 days would be OK, 7 would be better. Multiple users isn't really necessary yet - we can share a login.
Fly.io captures some logs, but there's no retention or search that I know of.
The last time I looked, Loggly still has a free tier.
Acceptance Criteria
Rails logs are sent to a service that provides 3 or more days of retention and search.
Approach
Survey log services looking at Rails integration (should be trivial) and cost
I opened an account with Loggly. It should be free forever with a 7 day retention period. I'm a little suspect because they're owned by SolarWinds now, but we'll see.
