Added error 123 to skip list #45

I needed this to automatically skip files with very long filenames while coping from Windows Server 2008 to Linux Samba share (255 symbols length restriction).

Wouldn't you be so kind to merge this request and build the binary – I have totally no infrastructure to do this myself?

I'm sorry for bothering you. I found another way to accomplish my task and closed that not significant pull request.
