Build release configurations statically linked and independent on MSVC runtime dll #47

I changed the code generation section in the Release configurations, so now hobocopy built as standalone executable independent on msvcr*.dll.

Note: Because I am using VS2013, the project configuration file is also upgraded to VS2013 flavor.

Thanks for the PR. But hobocopy is no longer under active development. You are welcome to fork.
