The application has failed to start #7

The error: "The application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem." when invoked from the desktop. When invoked from the commandline (with and without arguments): "The system cannot execute the specified program."

The machine: Intel Celeron 1GHz w/ 384MB RAM running Windows XP Home SP2 (Version 2002)--?

Speculation: does this have anything to do with it being XP Home? Original submitter asked to retry on XP Pro.

No followup from original poster. Current version of hobocopy is 1.0, so I'm closing this issue.
