Requirements

• [x] Make the date and amount the first thing fields
• [x] Merge accounts into the payees field, remove account transfer splits (just do multiple transactions)
• [x] Remove Check Number, encourage folks to use notes?
• [x] Think about splitting out debit/credit into separate fields
