Requirements

[ ] Show ShopLists and their amounts under a BudgetCategory
[ ] Show PlanProjects and their amounts under a BudgetCategory
[ ] ShopItems can have a ShopListID OR a PlanProjectID, not both
[ ] ShopItem can have due dates/purchase after for PlanProject planning
