Bugs

[x] Remove sign in with apple and reset passwords
[x] iCal doesn't like daylight savings (things are an hour behind?)
[x] Calendar picker color for events doesn't match button
[x] Missing a m.redraw in budget transaction view somewhere, like when clicking from budget payee list
