Implement the Android side of loading an image async.

Nicely implement, I think the Faster-image will be the best choice of React-Native. Please support the android

@fukemy I landed the Android implementation, still have to cut a build.

@baronha I just cut 1.2.0. Note it's not complete on Android. It does use Coil but it's not very configurable atm. Working on a rewrite of iOS and Android.

@gtokman Why don't you use Glide, Picasso or Fresco but instead use Coli?
