Arabic, Farsi, Hebrew, Urdu etc. should have direction set to RTL.

Honestly I have no idea how to handle RTL languages. Could you prepare a PR?

First of all, I need an instance (even a demo) with Hebrew locale available so I would be able to see what parts need to be taken care of.

You don't need a public instantance for this. You can run Candy on your development machine according to CONTRIBUTING.md or deploy it yourself.
