Comical/annoying visual bug #225

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Save some site security (e.g. docs.python.org as trusted)
2. restart Crunchy and approve the site
3. hover the mouse over the image of the question mark

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The hidden info should appear.  What shows up is an alternating/blinking
view of that info AND of the save site security "window".

Note that this bug will likely disappear when we replace the jquery cluetip
plugin as noted elsewhere.

This is now fixed with the change in r1320 to make cluetip appear when clicking 
on
the image rather than simply hovering.
