Use sphinx for Crunchy docs/tutorials #251

Enter a description of the feature requested, as completely as possible.
Sphinx is becoming the de-facto standard for Python documentation.  We
might consider the following:
1. convert the current Crunchy docs into rst
2. add crunchy-specific docutils directives to the sphinx tool chain (and
eventually submit a patch)
3. use sphinx to generate docs
4. use jquery layout http://layout.jquery-dev.net/ to put left-hand side
info in a pane
5. Develop some style switchers (collect the various sphinx styles on the
web, offering them to developers with the Crunchy distribution...)
6. etc.
