Some CASA scripts include sections where various diagnostic plots open in new graphics windows. At the moment, these diagnostic plots pop up in whichever of the 4 linux-style desktop windows the user is sitting in [I may not have the right terminology here... I'm referring to the 4 boxes one can switch between on the upper right hand of arcade]. If a user is running multiple casa scripts in different containers in different desktops, they may have some trouble keeping track of which pop-up plot belongs to which casa container. If it is possible to tie the location of the pop-up plot to the same desktop as the container occupies, that would probably be an advantage.
