Punctuation buttons lose cursor position #4

When using the punctuation buttons to insert ideographic punctuation marks, the marks are inserted correctly, but then the cursor is incorrectly warped back to the beginning of the typing box instead of being left in place.

Bug appears only on Chrome here. Works on Firefox. Type "abc" into box, then use buttons comma and stop. You can see the error in Chrome, but the same thing works fine on Firefox.
