Add Warlock Patrons from TCE (Fathomless, Genie) #135

Not entirely sure how to add the choice of your genie (dao, djinni, efreeti, marid). The choice adds some learnable spells (which aren't tracked as far as I can see) and resistance to a damage type. Some help would be appreciated.

I'll try to add other classes and their features.

No, this is fine. Sorry for the delay, just too much other stuff going on.

I'm working on redoing the warlock patrons so I'll spells/resistances thing.

Sorry for the long delay. I'm going to go ahead and merge this, since I'm not sure when I'll have time to redo the patreon system.
