Formatting enhancements #154

These are assorted text formatting fixes that basically make some tables look better and that improve the rst-to-latex rendering of monsters. This pull request only touches the doc parts of the classes in the code.

Incidentally, the monster formatting patch undoes some formatting, but this formatting actually deviated from most monster classes anyway, and by harmonising all monster descriptions it also becomes easier, later on, to apply additional formatting across all monster classes, for which I wrote a separate patch --> https://github.com/PJBrs/dungeon-sheets/commit/a91df6c62da461a17f9bc5217b02c38a9abb510e . The aim this patch contributes to can be seen in a character sheet that I made, which includes all (or almost all) monsters as druid companions.

Makes sense to me, thanks for the clarifying. Much of the formatting comes from auto-generated content so probably was wrong to begin with.
