The Get Help section is now pinned to the bottom right of the sidebar. The TOC portion of the sidebar is its own independently-scrollable area.
@jamiemccue, please let me know if there’s anything you think we should change about the design/layout.

Even when the TOC is not very long, the Get Help links stick to the bottom of the right sidebar:
When the TOC is longer, it gets cut off by a border between it and the Get Help links:
