Use canjs.com instead of v2.canjs.com #61

The v2.canjs.com domain shouldn’t have been used. canjs.com/release/ will get updated when new versions of CanJS 2.3 are released, and it’s currently up to date.

Closed this because canjs.com redirects all traffic to https now, so work would need to be done to make this work. For now, v2.canjs.com/release/ has all of the required files and I’ll document that it needs to be updated when we release new versions of CanJS 2.3.
