[ ] Remove legacy module and dependency on can-types
[ ] Update can-jquery.js to use 4.0 replacements for dom/events, dom/dispatch, etc
[ ] Add details to migration guide

@andrejewski will it be possible to still support this with can-dom-events/can-dom-mutate?

@justinbmeyer mentioned there will probably be issues "trapping" all events the way can-jquery needs to.
