Remove build from npm release script #102

Remove the build step from https://github.com/canjs/can-map-define/blob/master/package.json#L17

This is to prevent when running on Travis for it to lint the build folder.

update / remove all the npm scripts to match other projects, and also remove the build script and maybe the steal-tools dependency
