GIVEN you have seen a philosopher's stone before WHEN you die WHEN philosopher's stone is not in your neutral item slot THEN reminder to use stone

GIVEN you are dead with a philosopher's stone in your neutral item slot WHEN you are about to respawn THEN remind to return stone

Added feature that if you are in T2/T3 neutral item time zone, do not remind you to return your philosopher's stone. If you are in T4/T5, it will remind you still.
