[x] Tormenter notification (no gsi events for when tormenters die. using voice input)
[ ] New item prices
[x] Wisdom rune reminder
[x] Lotus pool reminder for the first part of the game
[ ] Add "you are close to a lotus pool" notification

Open items handled in other stories Tormenters, wisdom rune, and lotuses were the biggest changes in 7.33
